Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $150.

By placing your order, you agree to all the terms outlined in our “Shipping Policies”  below. Shipping options may be selected at checkout with our Carrier Calculated Shipping.

Terrazure LLC processes shipping orders Monday-Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. PST. Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days. Delivery time is calculated in accordance with business days and does not include weekends or holidays. These delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Unavoidable delay may occur due to extreme weather conditions. Delivery times should only be used as a transit average.

If your parcel is visibly damaged or does not contain the contents you ordered, please retain the package in your possession and notify us via email at florence@terrazure.com  so that we may resolve the problem. 

Occasionally, an item will go out of stock before an order is assembled. In this event, you will be refunded for the out of stock item. 

If you have concerns about the safety of your delivery, please contact us to apply a “Signature Upon Delivery ” option.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. When your order arrives, please check purchased items and contact us immediately if there are any questions or concerns. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for refund or exchange. 

If you would like to return items, please contact us via email so we can acknowledge your request. You will then be able to ship the item(s) back at your cost towards an exchange or a refund.  

Please note that for a return to be valid, the items must be in their original packaging and unopened.
